BIOGRAPHY
I am a functional and integrative dietitian specializing in mental health, gut health, and longevity. My approach is rooted in identifying and addressing the root cause of health concerns through personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions. I believe in the power of food as medicine and use a systems-based framework to optimize both physical and mental well-being.
I primarily work with individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, helping them improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My coaching blends functional and integrative medicine to support key areas of health—including gut health, movement, sleep, stress resilience, detoxification, and mindfulness—while fostering a balanced and sustainable approach to food and overall well-being.
Beyond one-on-one work, I lead group programs, teach bootcamps and mentorship programs for practitioners, and host in-person experiences. I am also a public speaker, frequently presenting at conferences, workshops, and industry events, where I share science-backed insights on optimizing mental health and well-being.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a dedicated science educator, using social media, my blog, and my podcast to share evidence-based strategies for mental health, nutrition, and
overall wellness. I provide practical lifestyle tips, nutrition guidance, and healthy recipes to empower individuals to take charge of their health. With over seven years of experience in nutrition consulting, recipe creation, brand collaborations, interviews, and public speaking, my work has been featured in media outlets, and I have been invited to speak at large events.
My academic background includes a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan & Longevity from the University of Southern California, with post-graduate training from the Institute for Functional Medicine. I also hold a BA in Psychology and have three years of neuroscience research experience. Additionally, I studied abroad in Blue Zones under the mentorship of Dr. Valter Longo, exploring aging, disease prevention, and longevity.
My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health, find balance, and build sustainable habits that align with their purpose and well-being. Through advanced lab testing, wearable technology, and a root-cause approach, I equip my clients with the tools they need to thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
