Nutrition for Mental Health
As one of the few RDs specializing in nutrition for mental health, I am dedicated to educating and partnering with individuals to help them reclaim their energy, mood, and vitality so they can live their best lives.
With a background in psychology, neuroscience research, and functional medicine, plus a Master’s in Nutrition, Healthspan & Longevity, I take an integrative approach to healing rooted in realistic, science-backed strategies.
I primarily support individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. In my 1:1 sessions, I go beyond symptoms, addressing the core drivers of mental health concerns by collaborating with your care team to support gut health, reduce inflammation, correct nutrient imbalances, and build stress resilience for lasting mental wellness.

My approach is empowering, science-backed, and straightforward, providing individuals with the guidance and tools they need to improve their mood & well-being and sustain it for the long term.
My overall goal is to help individuals build confidence and take control of their well-being. I emphasize a balanced approach that optimizes key pillars of health—nutrition, sleep, movement, community, gut health, and mindfulness—while fostering a positive, stress-free relationship with food.

Nutritional psychiatry is a field that explores the connection between diet and mental health, examining how dietary patterns and nutrient intake influence mood, cognitive function, mental well-being, and the risk of developing mental health challenges. While I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, I educate individuals on nutrition and lifestyle principles that can complement their medical care plan rooted in the principles of nutritional psychiatry. Through personalized 1:1 sessions, group programs, speaking engagements, and educational content shared on social media and in newsletters, I empower individuals to use food and lifestyle choices as tools for enhancing mental well-being alongside professional mental health support.
